Guided Meditation with Kerryn Slater

I am so excited to be bringing this opportunity of my fortnightly Live Guided Meditation sessions to you all.

So many have said that they would love to be able to attend one of my Meditation classes, but just can’t get there. Well now you can as I am bringing my class experience to you.

There are so many benefits to having a daily Meditation practice, and for me personally, I cannot go without it and it is the one thing that absolutely feeds my soul.

Regular practice has significantly changed my life and all for the better, and like anything in life, it takes time to create a new habit, but it can take only a few minutes every day, and once you introduce this fabulous practice into your life, Meditation becomes the best part of your every day.

Regular Meditation also “awakens” you to your Inner Guide.

The Universe, your Guides and Guardians, your loved ones in Spirit and your Soul are constantly communicating with you.

When you Meditate you give the mind an opportunity to slow down and you reconnect with yourself at a deeper level.

A regular Meditation practice allows for the whispers of your Inner Guide to reach your heart, your mind and your ears.

Regular Meditation over a period of time also naturally increases your intuition.

Holding onto pain, suffering, unforgiveness, anger and hurt only serve to dull your view of the world, it is as though you are looking at the world through a grey lens.

Meditation provides you with the space to heal your heart, to let go of the past and to release and forgive all that does not serve your Highest good.

Meditation has provided me with the opportunity to heal so much of my past and to forgive not only others but myself included.

Participating in a regular practice brings to you a deeper awareness of the world around you, it awakens you to the synchronicities of life, it ensures that when that door opens you are standing in the doorway ready to go.

Research also suggests that Meditating in a group environment provides a stronger support network to those that attend.

People who attend group Meditations find it easier to create the “habit” of Meditating and feel a deeper sense of connectedness in their lives.
